I have worked with pro sentry for approaching 18 months now, after being introduced to them at a training event that they were running. Their breath of knowledge regarding the British standards that underpin the security industry and the practical application was impressive and lead to them being engaged to advice on our own procedures. In May 2018, I was instructed by the Fire Rescue Services (FRS) to implement interim fire safety measures that included a 24hr concierge and a waking watch. I was given until the end of the day to make the necessary arrangements before the FRS served a notice on the landlord that all residents would have to leave the building immediately. When making my enquiries, almost all of the of the suppliers were unable to assist at such short notice. This is where Pro Sentry shined above its competitors, they were able to deploy their operatives within hours and conducted bespoke training that was being reviewed in real time by the FRS themselves. Along with this, they offered the best value for money. Since the day Pro Sentry supplied their services, they have been pivotal in the success of me managing this situation.
Having previously used your competitors for temporary staff at my Development it is clearly apparent that you are responsive and active in service. As you are aware that on many occasions our internal staff have called in Sick but your organisation has given me a replacement member of staff within hours, this is not the exception but the norm with Pro Sentry.
